No call-out fee inside the service area. You pay after the job is tested.

One flat price
We quote the whole job before we start. If the job runs longer than we thought, that is our problem and not yours.
Parts at cost
Parts are listed line by line on the invoice at what we paid for them, with the receipt if you ask.
No call-out fee
Inside our service area the visit is free. Outside it, we tell you the travel charge on the phone.
What if the job is not on the price list?
We quote it on site before any work starts. You can say no and pay nothing for the visit.
Do prices include parts?
Labor and small fittings are included. Larger parts are charged at cost and listed separately on the invoice.
Can the price change once you start?
No. If we find something new, we stop, show you, and quote it separately. The first price stays as agreed.
While you wait
Turn off the main stop valve. It is usually under the kitchen sink or where the water line enters the house.
Switch off the water heater and any electrics that are close to the water.
Move valuables away and take photos of the damage for your insurer.
