Pick a two-hour window that suits you. We answer around the clock.
Before we knock
A text with a photo
Your plumber sends a photo, a name and a live arrival time.
Before any work
You agree the price
We find the fault and quote one flat price. It does not change later.
After the job
Tested and guaranteed
A two-year warranty in writing, and the floor left as we found it.
While you wait
Turn off the main stop valve. It is usually under the kitchen sink or where the water line enters the house.
Switch off the water heater and any electrics that are close to the water.
Move valuables away and take photos of the damage for your insurer.
