Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. Inside the service area the visit is free. You pay the flat price for the job, agreed before we start.
When do I pay?
After the job is done and tested. Card, bank transfer or Apple Pay, with an itemized invoice by email.
Are your plumbers licensed?
Yes. Every plumber holds a Colorado licence and works under our master plumber, with $2M of insurance behind every job.
While you wait
Turn off the main stop valve. It is usually under the kitchen sink or where the water line enters the house.
Switch off the water heater and any electrics that are close to the water.
Move valuables away and take photos of the damage for your insurer.
