When you book a visit or call us we keep your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job and what you tell us about the work. We use it to arrange the visit, send you the quote and invoice, and honour the warranty.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the business, such as our form provider, payment processor and accounting software. We do not sell your details.

How long we keep it

Job records are kept for as long as the warranty and tax rules require, then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct them or ask us to delete them by emailing hello@example.com.
